Simpson Paper calendar / 1990

The yearly diary/calendar from paper companies is an obvious way to promote product and this 1990 one from  Simpson Paper was one of their better ones. Spiral bound to allow for different papers and printing techniques: 175 screen; four color; gloss and matte black; fluorescent inks; matte and gloss varnish. They all work a treat on the seven graphic sections dropped in between the calendar pages. The only problem I’ve found with this sort of design is that it’s too good looking to actually use.

  1. Great design. Absolutely fine art! I have own a printing company specialized in calendar printing. And really impressed with your design.
